Q: What does Lo & HI mean while displaying on the screen?
A: In the forehead mode, when the temperature is lower than 89.6℉/32℃ or the measure distance is more than 5cm, the display will show "lo".
S: Please make sure the measure distance is no more than 5cm and the temperature is higher than 89.6℉/32℃.
Q: Why my thermometer can't turn it on?
A: Please make sure you put the batteries in the right direction and place according to the indication of the charging slot.
